Really cool composition! The time change in the middle is really nice.

Nimble responds:

Thanks!

great job

This is wonderful, I will be surprised if it isn't used in a flash. I will also be surprised if it doesn't take first place :) there's a few parts where the snare and cymbals could sound a bit more realistic, but other than that amazing work.

SilentTakedown responds:

Thanks a lot! The percussion in the VSL Special Edition are the weakest of all. At times like this you'd wish you had more money for better samples. :D

lmao

Awesome! I'll take some toast without butter.

Unodir responds:

How about a sprinkle of cinnamon?

very nice

One of the most original songs i've heard on newgrounds.. The first half is unique, I like the glitch drums at the beginning, would be cool to hear them throughout the song though. Near the end of the song when the mood started to change, it felt like it was building up for some more glitch madness, but it abruptly ended. If you continued the song where you left off, it would be pure greatness. Just my thoughts.

InvisibleObserver responds:

I intend on finishing the song from where it left off. I was having issues with my computer not being able to process the song at a workable speed. That's cleared up now and its a matter of getting back on track.

woah

I was digging the intro and then hit by the unexpected face melting riffage, and much headbanging ensued. Good sounds.

Demonicfirgure responds:

Thanks for the review man . I'm glad that you liked my song .
Cheers !

epic

This has a very different vibe than most of the dubstep i've heard. Parts of it are very smooth, it almost has a groovy vibe to it somehow. I think it's the sweeping filters over the white noise.

Listened to this on my speakers, and the stereo separation sounds really good.

Oakwood responds:

I found the sweeps to be very good as well, it's actually the first time I got them to sound like that. :)
Thanks for the comment.

hmm

Nice, although the drums sound very dry, sounds good and loops are always useful. :) 5/5

DJ-Corey-X responds:

Thanks a lot man :)

sweet

I noticed that this got 0-bombed, that sucks, but it only happened because this song is badass.

Kubbi responds:

The fuck is 0-bombing? D:

I like it

5/5 and 8/10

It seems somewhat generic at the beginning (that's not always a bad thing) but still has it's own spices, so it's familiar AND unique in that sense. The 2nd half seems a bit overly compressed, and lost all of it's dynamics. The drums seem to have too much of an affect on the rest of the mix. My only suggestion is to tweak the higher levels and midrange on the master channel EQ for a bit more clarity and "air", and turn down the lowest frequencies on the drums just a bit, and then compress or limit the drums separately (with a short decay) so that the volume levels of your drums are still loud but they don't overpower everything else in the mix. I hope my sincerity isn't discouraging, I figured you would get more out of this review if I just honestly stated my point of view.

eaze2010 responds:

Thanks, I really appreciate your review.
I still have a lot to learn, and people like you make learning easier for me, thank you.
8/10 thanks...

I like this

I don't speak Chinese, but that is a phat beat, nice drop at at the 51 second mark. Perhaps a bit too compressed for my tastes, but enjoyable none-the-less.

SteakJohnson responds:

thanks dude, good to hear from a reviewer that actually listens to the whole thing!

This is the short undescriptive summarization of my sententious and pithily abridged profile.
